    Incuity Software was acquired by Rockwell Automation, Inc. (NYSE: ROK) in May 2008. The company is a pioneer in the creation of data management systems for reporting, analysis and business intelligence applications in manufacturing and process companies. More than 45,000 seats of the company's products have been installed since 1998, in 13 languages and in more than 40 countries. In addition to its headquarters operations in California, Incuity has offices in Nevada and Massachusetts in the U.S. as well as in Sydney, Australia; Duesseldorf, Germany; and Johannesberg, South Africa. The company also maintains an advanced solutions development group in Burlington, Ontario, Canada.
    Inovys Corporation was founded to support the semiconductor industry's move to Design for Test (DFT), and was acquired by Verigy Ltd. (NASDAQ: VRGY) in December 2007. By offering a new generation of test system and software products, Inovys provides substantial advantages when testing complex semiconductor devices that incoproate DFT. The most significant benefits are lower testing costs and test development effort.
    Intersperse, acquired by Tidal Software in July 2006, who was subsequently acquired by Cisco Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSCO) in May 2009, provides software to help IT teams discover, monitor, analyze and control integrated application platforms- in real-time.     Lombardi Software was acquired by IBM Corporation (NYSE: IBM) in January 2010. The company develops and implements software and solutions that improve operational efficiency through software solutions that monitor, manage, measure and improve the relationships between key business processes, performance metrics and business strategy. Their Business Process Management (BPM) solutions monitor processes for predefined events or changes to normal operations, manage human or automated action to respond to those events, and measure process performance and its impact on business strategy.
    Mixed Signals was acquired by Tektronix, Inc., a division of Danaher Corporation (NYSE: DHR), in May 2010. The company is a leading provider of digital services monitoring, transport monitoring and data security products. Mixed Signals' innovative Sentry© product provides unparalleled visibility into video streams and digital services delivery in real time. Comprehensive intelligence about overall network transport behavior combines with an integrated analysis of signal and stream data patterns to deliver actionable alerts when anomalies are detected.     MyBuys merged in May 2015 with Magnetic, a privately held online advertising company based in New York City. Magnetic specializes in search retargeting. MyBuys built deep profiles based on individual shoppers behavior and used a patented portfolio of algorithms and real time optimization to deliver relevant recommendations.
    NetContinuum was acquired by Barracuda Networks, Inc., a privately held company, in June 2007 and is the leading provider of all-in-one web security gateways, enterprise-class appliances for web security. Simply stated, what network security products such as firewalls, VPNs and intrusion detection systems do for network traffic, the NetContinuum web security gateway does for Port 80 web traffic.
    Network Physics was acquired by OPNET Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: OPNT) in December 2007. The company develops management solutions that enable Global 2000 enterprises to close the business relevance gap. Using these solutions, network managers can for the first time connect network performance to business priorities, radically simplify management complexity, and reduce operating expenses. The Network Physics NP/BizFlow-1000 is the first appliance for the management of networked business services, operating across all network connections-LAN, WAN, VPN, Internet, and third-party-to deliver a simple, direct, and accurate view of performance, utilization, route quality, end-to-end application performance, and end-user experience - all from a business perspective.
